Biltong Bucks Terms & Conditions

1. About Biltong Bucks

Biltong Bucks is the customer loyalty and rewards program operated by The Biltong Kiosk. By creating or using a Biltong Bucks account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership

Membership is intended for individual customers. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, keeping your login secure and telling us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

One customer should use one membership account unless approved otherwise. Duplicate, fraudulent or misused accounts may be corrected, merged, suspended or closed where reasonably necessary.

3. Earning and using points

points may be earned on eligible purchases at participating stores according to the rules shown in the app or at the store. points are loyalty benefits only, are not cash, and cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly allowed.

points may be corrected or reversed for refunds, returns, cancelled transactions, processing errors, duplicate allocations, fraud or misuse. Offline loyalty activity may be reconciled when systems reconnect.

4. Rewards and vouchers

Rewards availability, point cost, value and expiry may vary. Conditions shown for a reward when it is issued form part of these terms. A voucher may be single-use and may be marked redeemed when its redemption barcode is displayed where the app clearly warns you first.

5. Account messages and marketing

Essential messages may be sent to operate your account, including verification, security, membership, points, voucher, reward or important program information.

Promotional email or SMS marketing is optional and can be withdrawn at any time using an unsubscribe option or by contacting The Biltong Kiosk.

6. Changes to Biltong Bucks

The Biltong Kiosk may reasonably change rewards, earning rules, participating stores, technology or these terms. Significant changes affecting existing members should be communicated using reasonable notice.

7. Availability and misuse

Online services, store systems and networks can occasionally be unavailable. Features may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or fraud prevention.

You must not manipulate points, duplicate or reuse vouchers, access another member's account, interfere with the service, or use Biltong Bucks unlawfully.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains the personal information used to operate Biltong Bucks.

9. Consumer rights and jurisdiction

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law in Australia.
